Sidmouth: J.Wallis. 1819.GORE'S LIBRARY, ON THE BEACH, DAWLISH.THESE elegant and commodious Rooms, which comprise a library, ball-room, billiard and reading rooms, are situated on the north side of the bridge, command a full view of the sea, and lead to the public walk, termed the Esplenade. On the left hand, appear the two principal rows of houses near the sea; one upon the beach, and a second above them, on the hill leading to Teignmouth.
