Scope and Content
This view shows workers and tan pits on an upper floor. The roof beams are visible. Hides are suspended in the tan pit in the foreground of the picture. A beam, for scraping the hide, possibly, appears on the left, although it may be a finishing "horse". The man in the centre may be working on a second of these.
